Starting July 1, 2026, Columbia Pacific CCO is changing how we handle some pharmacy services. We are working with OptumRx to help with prior authorizations and phone support for members.

Most members will not notice a change.

You will still call Columbia Pacific CCO for help. If you have pharmacy questions, you may be connected to OptumRx. Columbia Pacific CCO will still:

• Decide which medicines are covered.
• Make sure you get good care.

OptumRX will now:

• Decide on prior authorizations for your medicines.
• Send you a letter on which medicines are covered.

This change only affects pharmacy services. Your benefits and coverage are not changing.

Over time, this change may help you get faster decisions and avoid delays in getting your medicine.
